Shipping policy
At Retro Dockie, we are committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping services. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:
Delivery Process
Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.
Order Status
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check your order status.
Shipping Time
During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date. Please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations:
NORTH AMERICA: 8-15 business days EUROPE: 8-15 business days Australia: 8-15 business days Other: 10-30 business days
Note: The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Order Address Error
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Shipping Delivery
If the order shows that it has been delivered, and the customer responds that the item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Items shown as delivered but not received will not be refunded.
Additional Information
We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). All delivery times are estimates, and Retro Dockie is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

RETURN & CANCEL
At RetroDookie, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. If you need to cancel an order or return a product, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellation:
Please note that we can only accept order cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your cancellation request is received within 2 hours of placing the order, we will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful.
Please note that if an order has been shipped before cancellation, you will be responsible for returning the product in its original condition and paying for any shipping fees associated with the return.
Product Returns:
Please note that our return policy only covers returns for products with quality-related problems, such as damaged packaging or functionality issues. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must have a quality-related issue, such as:a. Damaged packaging that compromises the product's integrity or safety b. A malfunction or defect that affects the product's functionality
- Return Period: You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for quality-related issues beyond this timeframe.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting a return.
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@retrodockie.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos to help us assess the problem.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return request, our team will review the information and, if necessary, request additional details. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, unless the quality issue is a result of our error. Please use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number once available.
- Refunds or Exchanges: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange, based on your preference and product availability.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, or if we determine that the issue is not quality-related.
